(1) Warranty Service: Bettersize offers free warranty of particle size analyzer for one year for new instruments. During the warranty period, Bettersize offers free spare parts. On-site service will be charged at the cost price.

(2) Long-term service: After the warranty period, Bettersize still provides free Skype consultation to customers for any questions related to particle size analysis and particle size analyser. Spare parts and on-site service will be charged at the cost price.

(3) Extended services: Bettersize has client managers and consulting engineers who can be reached at any time by phone or email to provide services including business, technology, test conditions, etc. Bettersize Lab can provide users with sample testing for free and accuracy verification services.

(4) Installation and training: For users who purchase new instruments, Bettersize engineers will send the instruments to the user's laboratory and perform installation and training services.
